Delivery policy
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 4 PM inside Al-Baha.
- Delivery is free on orders above SAR 200; otherwise a flat delivery fee applies.
- We confirm your delivery window on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Returns & replacement
- If an item arrives less than fresh, tell us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo.
- We replace the item or refund it in full, at no cost to you.
- Cooked or custom-cut items can only be returned if there is a quality defect.
Payment
- Cash or card on delivery.
- Prices are in Saudi Riyal and may change with the daily market.
Privacy
- We use your name, phone number and address only to fulfil your order.
- We never sell or share your data with marketing third parties.
